Has central heating and air and there is a wall ac in the master. There is enough parking for 5 cars since you have a driveway on both sides of the house. The back yard is fully fenced. The front area has succulent plants in front and down the side. There is a front patio big enough to have swing, small table n chairs or to even bbq as qe have several times. Even though it does have central ac we still use a window swamp cooler because it's more cost effective and with that it does cool off the whole front room. Must get park approval which is easy. It's one of the first mobile homes in the park so it has easy access. Minutes from Maverick, walmart and all within walking distance. Kid friendly, family friendly park. There is also a dog park within the park itself. Convince to shopping, river access and how friendly the park is. Space, this mobile has space.
