Beautiful home in the countryside. Wake up to nothing but the sounds of birds chirping. Great place to raise kids. Plenty of land for kids to play on and dogs as well. Chicken coop in the back, that we have now made into a dog pen, bunny pen and horse field as well. Covered patio beside pool where we love to grill and eat outside together. 2 car covered garage that also has storage above where we have kept paddle board and surf boards. We have 4 cars now and never have any problem with parking. Additionally, there is a basketball court and goal. Great layout with 4 bedrooms, one with bunk beds, an at home office, 3.5 baths with excellent flow for a family home. We have enjoyed every day here! There is nothing about this home that we do not love, or that we haven�t loved while raising our kids here. These are a few of our favorite things! We love our living room, with 22 foot ceilings, where we can cozy up to the fire in the winters, or just on the couch for a good family movie night. We also love our pool, with outdoor patio where we have hosted various parties, such as birthdays, graduation, and send offs! Overall, our favorite part of living here is its serene nature, and the peace of mind that our children and pets can be outside with no worries of them being too close to the road. Great area to live, we know all of our neighbors, with the closest one being a quarter of a mile away. We also have loved our renovation of the laundry room/pantry. It is now much more open and makes the flow of chores a breeze! It is also great to have our own space, while still being relatively close to town, and to the beaches!
