GOLF COURSE VIEW!! ALL NEW LAMINATE FLOORS…pictures to come!! My mother-in-law went into assisted living. My husband and I own this coach. The furniture is not included but will give you an idea of what fits in the coach. In the picture is a king size bed in the master and a queen for the guest room. We bought a new stove, microwave, frig with ice maker. The floors have been reinforced in 2022 along with installing LVP flooring in all rooms. We have indoor washer and dryer which is so convenient!! Palm Hill Country Club is a 5-star mobile home park. Although the area is metropolitan in nature, Palm Hill Country Club is like a quiet cove in a busy sea. Always having something to do is perhaps the biggest reason I decided to live in Palm Hill. Owning in Palm Hill allows you to enjoy the 9-hole par 30 Golf Course, Swimming Pools and Jacuzzis, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, Indoor and Outdoor Shuffleboard Courts, Billiard Rooms, Horseshoe Pits, Pickle Ball Courts, and the libraries any time you would like. It is also extremely easy to get to know your neighbors. I have never met so many friendly people. There always seems to be something going on from Water Aerobics, Pool Parties, Playing All kinds of Card Games, Bingo and Dominos, Exercise Classes, and Yoga along with Singing Karaoke and Golf Cart Parades. There are Potluck dinners for most every holiday plus many in-between. There is never any reason to claim you are bored. Living in Palm Hill you will see beautiful animals daily. You see geese, ducks, turtles, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and so many beautiful birds!!! Wildlife is such a wonderful part of my everyday life. One of my favorite things to do is to get a few friends together, sit back in our chairs, have a cocktail, and reminisce. Which of course leads to listening to music and singing our old songs. Seeing the beautiful large grassy Golf Course and remembering old times almost makes you want to pitch a tent, but then you remember a bed is only 10 yards away. Now about the house! My favorite thing is how light and bright this house is. I love all the windows, large door wall and the light in every room. I love having a master bathroom and lots of closet space. Having a washer and dryer in the house makes is so much more convenient than having to take your laundry to one of the two laundry facilities. I love the large sunroom with twinkle lights at night and watching the golfers during the day! Honestly, I love this Coach so much! PLUS 5 MILES FROM INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, CLEARWATER BEACH, TREASURE ISLAND BEACH, BELLAIRE BEACH AND SAND KEY BEACH!! LOT OF OTHERS LESS THEN 10 MILES AWAY!! GOLF COURSE VIEW of course!!!
