I raised my children in this home and it was the center of attention for more than a few years. This home was a dream for me and my wife when we bought it. The neighbors were friendly and several times a year there were social gatherings and kids mixing it up. There's a 15 x 30 Kidney pool that is 9 ft deep, all cleaned and brought up to 100%. I just had the Roof Replaced a month ago, completely new. I bought lifetime materials not knowing about the new 10 year rule. The garage door is new and the opener. The A/C is fresh with a new Trane Compressor . The Kitchen has been redone with new cabinets and Granite, Newer high end appliances. Monitors stay with kitchen and above fireplace. Electrical updated and 100%. Both bathrooms are marble and Venetian plaster very open floor plan with Kitchen and family room ( w/real wood burning fireplace ) at center around pool. Almost all glass rear outside walls facing backyard and pool. Beautiful Florida home in one of the best locations in Orlando. Central to I-4, 429,417 highways and close to shopping without being crowded. Tall mature trees with canopy. Very Safe and low impact Neighborhood. Security cameras stay, Ring doorbell stays I will load more pictures in a day or 2. Thanks SkipTheres a elementary school across the street that our kids used as their own playground and could wake up 15 min before school started and still be on time. Lol The house is on the electrical grid with the school so when a storm knocks out the neighborhood we are on 1st and fast. Hurricane Charlie knocked out our neighborhood for 2 weeks. This home had lights in 12 hrs. Real fireplace that gets about a week maybe 2 a year but its always a pleasure to have it!
