We have been updating this home since purchase in 2020. The price Zillow has does not include all the updates we’ve done. It also did not have the 2 newest additions added into the sq footage of the home. The sq footage was recently corrected which was calculated by the appraiser when we bought the house. First thing we did was add a fenced in backyard to keep the animals and grandkids safe. We added the new gazebo bar/ grill area that has a sink with hot and cold water ran to it. We also ran cable out to it if you desire to add a tv. We removed all the overgrown bushes and added more concrete all around the house along with new landscaping. The back Florida room walls have been completed rebuilt from the outside to inside. We are still in the process of finishing the inside of it as well as a few more unfinished things on our list. Our plan is to be done in less than 30 days with what we plan on finishing. You are welcome to come look if you are a motivated buyer. Here is a list of all the new things and updates. New roof 2021, new electrical and cable wiring throughout house, new hot water heater along with a 3 tier water filtration system, new leech filed 2022, new windows and blinds 2022, new stainless steel stove and refrigerator 2022, both bathrooms updated with new vanities, faucets, commodes, lighting and master has new flooring. Fresh paint in all rooms. Guest bedroom has new flooring with a few unique other add on’s. Laundry room has new flooring, new shelving added and fresh paint. This home has 3 separate hang out/living rooms; one being the formal living room upon front entry, the Florida room on the back looking out to the backyard and canal, and another added on room on the back (we call the red room) cause it has red carpet. This room has a fireplace with a brick wall and paneling. The only update in the room is a beautiful new bay window and we are in the process of building a window seat with underneath storage. Our plan was to make this the master bedroom but we have not gotten around to tackling this project yet. Grandkids are calling us back to NC. There are several more updates throughout house you will see when you come take a look at your new home :) The backyard is our most favorite thing about this property looking out at the canal and all the wonderful wildlife and beautiful Florida birds that show up. We’ve even had manatees come through on several occasions. Around the corner this canal leads into Lake Griffen and other chains of Lakes one way and you can go to the Lake Griffen state park by boat in the other direction. We have spent a lot of time making the backyard a relaxing atmosphere for hanging out either in the gazebo/bar area or sitting by the fire in the fall and winter. Grab your fishing pole and catch some fish out on the new dock recently built. We enjoy going out every afternoon and feeding the fish and turtles. My favorite room in the house is the Florida room with all the big windows that allow you to feel like your in the backyard while being inside with the AC running.
