The bathroom has been remodeled with nice finishes and has a good tub for baths. One-car detached garage with automatic opener. Also, a basic 15'x15' shed for storage of kayaks and other toys. Retro kitchen includes dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are provided in the laundry room (off the kitchen). The home has been been maintained and is move in ready.
