Clearview Lake Estates… This home is located 5 minutes from downtown Dunedin, 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach or downtown Safety Harbor, 1 and 1/2 miles to Edgewater Drive's linear walking park along the intercoastal. Lots of shopping and a close drive to the West Field Shopping Mall, 19 miles to Tampa International Airport. This Centrally located neighborhood is in the Dunedin School District. The house itself is well built, solid and on firm ground … plus 62 feet above sea level means no flood zone. It has a really nice feel to it, cozy… and gracious. The rooms are a generous size and the design flows well together. it is set up with the center rooms of the house being visually interesting from anywhere you may sit, to being very private as far as the bedrooms and bathrooms being more isolated at each end of the house. The Florida room is original to the design of the house and not added on. Originally these rooms were adaptations of the Victorian Conservatory and were intended to be your indoor/outdoor room, for growing house plants and practicing your various crafts like oil painting, crafting or violin playing. ( ; Today we do with it as we will do, maybe make it a family room or a very comfortable and welcoming office space. The dining room is central, doesn’t have that pushed into a corner feel. I had boron infused cellulose insulation put up in the attic, this means you won’t need to use a monthly pesticide spray service, at least indoors. The garage has a row of 5 outlets down one side… I was told it was set up for wood working, I never used it but, what a great thing for someone.
