I love that this home is large and modern, yet feels comfortable and homey. It is well built and the rooms are generous in size with nice touches in each room. I LOVE that the master bedroom has the French doors that open to the backyard and pool area, as it is nice to go directly outside when the weather is nice, especially on a full moon night. I love the pool because Fresno can be hot for nearly half the year and we have used the pool as early as April to stay cool and entertain our family and friends. I love that the neighborhood is an older, established neighborhood with beautiful, mature trees and friendly neighbors. It is a quiet neighborhood, and is great for walking and biking. It is very safe, and just down the street from the NE Fresno Police satellite station. I love the location! It is close to great restaurants, GB3, Kuppa Joy cafe, and great schools. Maple Creek and Clovis West are within walking distance. If you are looking for a well-built, custom home in a safe and well-kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors, in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and only a short distance to Woodward Park, highway 41, and River Park, then this home is for you. It is even close to Clovis, if you like to spend time in Old Town or walk on the Dry Creek Trail.
