I adore the ever changing view of the water over Richardson Bay and the sight of the fog rolling over the rest of Mill Valley and Sausilito, watching the sea planes take off over the bay and watching the tide change during the day. We have enormous windows to see the views and the house is always full of light and the spaciousness of the high ceilings makes the house seem much bigger than I expected before purchasing it. I am appreciative of the large fenced yard, as I have 3 precious cats who are safely able to play outdoors. The weather here is warm and mainly comfortable all year and gets all day sunshine, unlike other locations I have lived in Mill Valley. Mill Valley downtown is an easy drive of 10 or so minutes and Strawberry mall has great high end stores and the best grocery store in safeway at Strawberry Mall ! The city lights are beautiful at nighttime and cover all the surrounding hills - gorgeous !!
