Just Across the San Joaquin River from the Geographical Center of California lies this 40 acre tranquil ranch. It offers a unique area for riding flat, hunt, western, endurance or driving. Of course there is turkeys seeking a tree, in the fall, tarantulas crossing the road in search of a mate and sometimes a bear in a dumpster that he fell through the top. Never a dull moment, yet so relaxing to hear the ducks quack or the turkeys gobble after listen to the noises of work all day. Great for that hideaway to grow your own food, be away from light and noise pollution. No you cannot drive by to see it as off paved road and neighbors watch out for each other and help each other out. But we all enjoy our private acres. There are two homes. Great neighbors who help in emergency, come only when invited to BBQ, Work together to maintain each other's privacy and if a project needs an extra hand. It is paradise & difficult to leave.
