Bohan 1971 mobile home with addition. lot rent is 575 now, june 1 2024. New floors, new, walls, insulation, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, counter tops, sinks, faucets, doors, locks, ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets, paint, light fixtures, exterior and interior paint, working central ac/heater that was rebuilt with new dual poll fuse, fan, ac compressor, carpet and pads were new but some recently removed to remodel rooms with new vinyl plank flooring on 7/21. New appliances. A lot of add on features never before were installed in the home such as dish washer, above the stove microwave, and an electric stove(use to be propane only). This mobile home does not include the land. The lot rent is only 350 a month, wow! and includes unlimited water, trash and landscaping. their are only 5 homes here and all are individually owned. It is really quite here at night and peaceful. You are super close to shopping on 192 and Disney is only about 15 minutes away. old town is only 5 minutes away. Please do not email me! I will not respond. if you are a serious buyer. Update: 7/12/21 one of the rooms has been freshly painted and a new floor installed(luxury vinyl plank) and baseboards. Ceiling fan removed and pod light installed. another room was just updated after renter moved out on 7/21. re painted, carpet steamed cleaned, new tv installed, new mattress and box with bedding, holes patched, exterminated for bugs. A tiny house or room was also added outside front from scratch as an in law suit or extra room or storage. It was a 10x12 shed. I put new insulation, drywall, electrical and paint. Also has its own power source with breaker box outside separate from the main house so incase of power outage so that it can be hooked up to a generator to run a tiny fridge, tv and ac until the power comes back in the event of an emergency. the half bath was up dated with new paint, toilet ring and plumbing, vinyl flooring and baseboards on 7/21 as well. all the trees in the photos are gone now. i had them cut down to prevent root damage to the septic system. i had the leech field pipes jetted out to prevent blockage by roots. before the septic tank would always need to be drained but now it does not. ¦  What I love about this home was updated to Quiet neighborhood, free water, close to all the major highways and stores for shopping and eating,15 to 20 minutes to all major theme parks. Update: 3/26/21 the house now has a fifth bedroom or in lawsuit or tiny house out front. I plan to pave the front yard and install a new vinyl fence with a double door large gate out front and a single door gate on the side towards the driveway. I also plan on installing pavers to create a lounge area or a place to place an above ground pool. Its a 10x12 shed that has been built brand new inside everything is new. That's an extra 120 sq. feet. New pics of the rebuilt rooms soon to come. {updated on 7/21} New LG wash tower included. updates: to many to list but the master has been redone, new electrical, new insulation, new sheet rock, paint, new tile wall above sinks, new flooring, same with second largest room as well. both of those also have new lighting with recessed lights. compare before and after pics.
