Cute and Cozy! Completely remodeled. Fresh and clean throughout. Stainless steel appliances, new AC cranks, sold partially or fully furnished. Tons of parking. Two car deep carport. Easy and super close access to the water. Launch ramp 150 yards away or so. Awesome resort with store, fuel, launch ramp, beach front day use with palapas and shade covers. BLM land. Not Indian land. Clean. The storage in this park is as good as there is on the California side. We store our boat and personal watercraft and golf cart in one big secure storage unit. Units have 14' roll up doors with good seals. We are buying another place in this park is the only reason we are selling. Lots of people talk about owning on the AZ side, but this is nice, much more affordable and the afternoon sun is better on the CA side. Its vacation time at the river! Always a good time! Sitting on the large deck and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and strumming the guitar. Neighbors on the D row here are very friendly and these are some of the biggest spaces in the park. Another positive for us is that the homes in the park are not rentals; owner occupied only with family and friends which adds a level of security. CA vs AZ home???? Do the math. With the lower buy-in pricing and easy water access and storage here at Riverland, buying a unit here was a no brainer for us. It would take almost 20 years of payments here to equal the buy-in for a home on the AZ side and we still probably wouldn't be as close to the water and would still have payments.
