We love having the open space, quiet neighborhood, the privacy, and country living feel. Neighbors are pretty far away, but are warm and friendly when you do see them. Enjoy the stars at night and the peace and quiet during the day. But yet just a few minutes from shopping and all the convenience of tow. And we really enjoyed not having to deal with or pay loads of money to a homeowners association. I love that the whole property is fenced in with plenty of room for the kids or pets to run around and exercise. We also love the warmth and sweet smell of the wood burning stove on colder winter nights! In the heat of summer the home stays cool all day until late afternoon or evening time. We are going to miss this place!
