Our home is wood framed with hardie board siding replaced in 2015 along with double pane tinted windows, all 26 of them, we have 18 Live Oaks on the property which they cover the entire house for cooling during the summer time which keeps the electric low. The back yard has had most of our attention since we purchased, with lots of work to the land, bringing in 20 dump truck loads of dirt, with loads of rock to make areas around the house, all tree areas, fire pit and boat/trailer/RV elevated pad. The 6' tan vinyl fence was done in 2018 with two 4' doors on the front and two 12' rear entry-ways into the yard. We have an outdoor shed which could be used for a workshop, under-house storage that has been insulated with additional structuring added and not to mention a fully walkable/accessible attic. It was re-piped in 2017, the a/c was replaced in 08, all new (extended) drain field, brand new water service from the meter to the house with a "T" setup for irrigation. It has 5 globe skylights, 3 in the living room and 2 in the kitchen. We have a sun room off the master bedroom which could easily be turned into a large master bath which also goes to a large open room for future games, family room or large office (that exits to the back yard) this also enters into the main part of the house. This space was originally a full length deck on the back of the house then enclosed. All appliances will be staying, including washer/dryer (if wanted). Cosmetically, the home has been fully painted inside and out, less the master bedroom, all new ceiling fans (less two rooms), new chandeliers in the kitchen and entryway, 3D wall and electric fireplace. We have great schools in the area and we are 20-30 minutes from all the Parks and there are several highways within 5 minutes that can take you any direction. This has been our family home for many years and we are hoping to make our home your new home!!
