New roof in 2024, new pool pump and heater in 2024, new exterior paint in 2025 including driveway resurfacing and pool deck painted to match driveway with Sherwin Williams products professionally done. The interior: we had a new vanity installed in the guest bath and a vent fan as well as new lighting and paint. The balance of the interior is in overall good condition with the kitchen needing new cabinet doors (cabinet boxes are in great shape) and updated appliances to be a new kitchen again. The asking price reflects this. The master suite is an entire end of the house making it very spacious. Has a sliding glass door to your private hot tub and pool.
