This was intended to be my forever home and accordingly I really went to town with a lot of upgrades. I drove down to Riverside and sat down with the folks to design the home. To start out this beautiful Fleetwood Home has 9' ceilings and sun lights in both the Kitchen and Master Bathroom. I am a General Contractor and I personally installed the beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The lone exceptions are the two beautifully tiled bathrooms. Santa Barbara artisan tile-setter Allen Gallagher gets credit for the craftsmanship in both of those rooms. The laundry room was oversized a bit to accommodate additional floor-to-ceiling cabinets along an entire wall. We use them mostly for kitchen tools etc.The kitchen might be the standout room in the home. The full height tile backsplash is tumbled glass and really is special. All of the appliances will remain and all are matching Kitchen Aid. My wife loved them all. Lighting was very important to me and accordingly I did have quite a few additional recessed lights installed at the factory when I ordered the home. Also, just about all of the lighting is on dimmers with 3way switches wherever appropriate. All of the light fixtures were purchased separately and they are not what you "normally" see in a mobile home. Same for most of the plumbing fixtures. Speaking of plumbing a Rheem water softner is included. I mentioned I am a builder so I did need a bit more tool storage that is usually available in most mobile homes. To fit all the tools the house has a good sized shed (with a sunroof) and two additional sheds build up along the exterior walls of the house. The pictures explain them better. If you have any gardening interests on one side yard there are multiple raised garden beds with an electronically controlled drip irrigation system. I almost forgot to mention all of the exterior siding is LP cement fiber siding. It has an exceptional fire rating and is 100% termite proof!
