""I am taking pictures this week. This house has every thing that was on our lists. my wife’s list: 5 bed room pool large outdoor hang out area. My list: on the water with quick access to the Gulf (6 minutes low tide or in the cruiser 3 minutes high tide in tritoon or jet ski) and large parking area. We have renovated the whole house and did a commercial kitchen 48� gas range with pot filler and 48� stainless fan ( I have the fan exhaust into the garage so if I want to work in the garage I can turn it on and have ac in the garage. 60� dual refrigerator on right freezer on left built in Chic-Fil-A nugget style ice machine over under dual dishwasher drawer slide microwave in drawer trash cans large sink. We moved the laundry room upstairs and made the room large enough we can add a full bathroom (5x8) in there if needed and still have a nice size laundry room. There is a 2nd living room upstairs that can be made into a 6th master sized bed room with the laundry bath being its own private bath. There are 2 master size bedrooms currently and 3 standard rooms. The master has a real fireplace with a thermostat controlled gas fire log set up. Master has its own porch with… yes this isn’t a typo… a door opening over the pool so you can jump off the 2nd floor into the pool.
