This is a beautiful two bedroom two bath with a master bathroom having a handicap shower. it's a smaller two bedroom two bath twin mobile home located at the end of a cul-de-sac with your backyard facing beautiful trees instead of other neighbors mobile homes. if you're a bird lover you will thoroughly enjoy all of the Cardinals Blue Jays and woodpeckers that come and feast on the bird feeders and bathe in the bird baths. there is also a cement completely window enclosed Florida room with its own private entry/exit. parking has a carport and a shed which has workbenches built in w lighting. (The prior owners were General contractors and did quite a bit of work) the air conditioning was replaced and is still under warranty. the hot water heater is also basically new. this place is kept meticulously clean . Neighbors are very friendly and active. the whole neighborhood is a very friendly place and everyone here really does enjoy the clubhouse and the amenities that Spanish Lakes parks are known for. the clubhouse offers two tennis courts, two pools, a fitness center, full size laundry room with many oversized washers and dryers, shuffleboard, pickleball, Bingo every week, card rooms, golf course, pool table room with five pool tables in one room and two pool tables in another, library, the list is endless and the opportunities to stay active and busy making friends is also endless. I purchased this place for my mother a few years back but she has since passed away and it really is time for me to become closer to my children and I'm finally ready to sell. I've compared the other places that are equivalent and decided to price its substantially lower for a quicker sale. I realize that it does take up to 4 weeks for a homeowners association to approve the new buyer please remember that there are qualifications that must be met before being approved as with most parks.This keeps the community the type of community that you would want to live in as the homeowners association / lot rent keeps all of the amenities beautiful and nicer than most.
