Handyman special I would say work is about halfway done. A house in the park slightly bigger but only one bedroom is for sale at $110,000. Plumbing: The sink was in the middle of the house and the drain ran through the house. Moved the drain underneath the house and the sink to the front in the middle. Water lines are all 1/2" copper. New lines added for water heater and the movement of kitchen sink. Added a brand new 20 gallon electric water heater to the second bedroom. Water hooked up and got hot water today 8/8!! Brand new bathtub installed and hooked up but the surround needs to be redone. Bathroom vanity with marble top and gold faucet bought. Electrical: None of the plugs had ground wires so completely rewired the entire house. All new switches bought and have all outlets needed. Two bedroom lights bought. A separate circuit was added for dishwasher and garbage disposal. Two outlets for countertop also added for coffee maker, toaster, ect. Outlets were placed in kitchen based on a design from a website. The stove can be electric or gas/propane. The park will refill the propane tanks and charge for it of course. Flooring: Bought 14 boxes of lifeproof flooring from Homedepot. Also have a roll of paper for under layment. Walls: A lot of water damage from the windows leaking in the walls. Relaced all with new. I planned on getting the duckles AC and heater system. I removed the old gas heater. Old and ugly metal back door replaced by a taller solid wood door. I have a dog so added a doggy door and fenced off the back yard.
