Very comfortable vintage mobile home built in 1968.Ive never run out of hot water, the tank is big, it has 3 room air conditioners in it and baseboard heat. New refrigerator, vintage stove and the stackable washer and dryer work great.I had a new roof put on it 3 years ago several trees removed from the back yard which still needs decorating and some repair on the wooden fence.
