This cute trailer is fully furnished and includes appliances, a TV, dishes, sheets, towels, curtains, and wall art.   One bathroom has a handicap-accessible shower with handrails & both bathrooms have 18" toilets.  There is one walk-in closet in the front bedroom.  The carport area is covered, and half is screened with a table and chairs.  There is a shed at the back of the carport & an outdoor shower.  The laundry is located inside the trailer off the Florida room.  The framework for the canopy is in great shape but needs a new canopy.  The canopy was already gone when we purchased the trailer. Over the last year, we have had the central air serviced, replaced the Florida Room door, replaced toilets, recoated the Florida room roof, replaced the broken window in the Florida room, fixed the wall in the bathroom, secured the skirting around the trailer, removed dead/overgrown plants around the trailer, and made a few other minor repairs.  The floors are solid except for one spot in the back closet.  There were no leaks during the last storms. The trailer is located in Grand Island Resort, Grand Island, FL, a 55-year-old Community.  It has a spectacular waterfront clubhouse where you can rest in the sun or fish off the dock.  There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, billiard room, and library.  Pets are welcome.  Google Grand Island Resort for a virtual tour.  Lot Rent averages $814.  Pets & boat slips are extra.  Lot rent covers taxes, lawn care, garbage, recycling, & park maintenance.  Water/Sewer depends on usage.  Internet/cable & electrical services are not included. We purchased this trailer for a friend who had cancer &needed extra help.  She went into a hospice facility before gracing the gates of heaven.  We do not need the trailer, but we hope this low price will allow someone to move in quickly.  The park requires a background check for all residences before any purchase.  I appreciate your consideration.  It truly is a great trailer.
