Equipped with a lovely side deck, which comes with outdoor furniture included and a power source - perfect for eating outdoors or plugging in for remote work. Enter the house through beautiful glass sliders, to the little entryway area, where you can leave your keys, shoes, bags, and your worries at the door! Entering the home into the main living space, which is fully furnished with a comfortable couch, two cool chairs, a smart tv, and beautiful windows all around. There are also plenty of extra blankets as well as an acoustic guitar hanging on the wall, so you can make yourself a cozy nest and get your creative juices flowing! Enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar, or have a seat at the kitchen table while meals are prepared in the adjacent chef’s kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, cooking pans, and appliances included. Down the hall you will find a linen and storage closet stocked with towels, and beside it you'll find a washing machine and dryer. Directly across you’ll have a freshly remodeled bathroom, with a full bath and shower, and a gorgeous raw cedar accent wall. Past the bathroom is the bedroom, an airy and cozy room with a vaulted ceiling, a comfortable queen size bed, a smart tv, and plenty of windows and mirrors to catch the light and the view. Blackout shades come included for extra good sleep! Through the bedroom you have access to the glorious, riverfront back deck (which is a reminder of a little slice of Marin County here in Southwest Florida). It begins with an extra-large, elevated sun lounger that can easily accommodate couples or families who want to cuddle up out in the sunshine or under the stars at night! Step down the River Lounge, which has a front row seat to the water and the wilderness from the furthest extension of the private deck. If you wish to be even closer to the elements of nature, you can venture down to the grass below, and make a fire in the private, waterfront fire pit. The house is located on the quiet perimeter of the resort for maximum privacy, with the clubhouse just a few short blocks away. Enjoy the many shared amenities, including shared pool and hot tub, fitness center, fishing with boat dock & ramp, tennis and pickle ball courts, billiards, golf cart rentals, additional laundry facilities, grills, playground & kids water park!
