This a ground floor Condo unit in a two-story building. The Condo complex is called Hammock Grove which is within a larger subdivision called Kernan Forest. The outdoor pool and playground area in Kernan Forest is available for use by Hammock Grove residents. The Condo unit has been completely cleaned/sanitized and freshly painted through out. Except for the bedrooms which are carpeted, the living room, kitchen, and hallways have brand new faux wood flooring. All the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans with light kits. In addition, to a stove/oven and side-by-side refrigerator, the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave (above the stove), and a sink garbage disposal.
