I am writing to address the recent developments surrounding the Sitzer\/Burnett MLS agent commission lawsuit and clarify Homepie’s position on compliance.<\/p>\n

At Homepie, we are committed to transparency, innovation, and providing a platform that empowers users in the real estate market. We acknowledge the evolving landscape of real estate transactions and understand the importance of adapting to changes in the industry.<\/p>\n

Homepie has already implemented a seller-approved buyer-agent commission within our platform. In addition, we are actively working on enhancing our system to make the buyer-agent commission a negotiable term, allowing flexibility for buyers, buyer’s agents, and sellers to find mutually agreeable terms.<\/p>\n

We invite real estate agents, brokerages, and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers to explore the future of real estate transactions on Homepie. Our technology-assisted platform is designed to bring ease, consistency, and transparency to the buying and selling process. We believe that by embracing this evolution in real estate practices, we can collectively create a more efficient and cost-effective experience for all parties involved.<\/p>\n
